The Department for Work with Foreign Citizens was created as a separate structural division of the Academy in November 2019. The purpose of this department is promotion of the Academy abroad, its further integration into international scientific and educational community, and the provision of educational services to foreign students.

     Admission to study of foreign citizens has been carried out since 2020 in accordance with the license of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine. The first foreign citizens began studying at the Academy by the specialty 223 Nursing (Bachelor’s degree) in 2021. The language of studying is English.  

     Currently, foreign students from the Republic of India and Nigeria are studying at Andrei Krupynskyi Lviv Medical Academy.
